A man has died and a woman is in hospital after being pulled from a burning house in south Dublin.
Four fire engines attended the scene on Dundrum Road at about 3.40pm on Monday.
The pair, both aged in their 80s, were given first aid at the scene but the man could not be resuscitated.
Gardaí said the woman was brought to St Vincent's Hospital as a precaution.
