No one was injured in the blaze, which broke out at a business premises on Cashel Road in Clonmel on July 11th.
Around €60,000 in damage was caused to the property.
A man in his early 20s was arrested yesterday in connection with the attack and is due before Clonakilty District Court at 10:30am this morning.
