Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 20s died in a stabbing in West Dublin last night.

A man in his 20s has died after a suspected stabbing attack in Dublin.

The man was found with what gardai described as apparent stab wounds at a house in Castlecurragh Heath, Mulhuddart.

The incident happened at around 6pm on Saturday.

Gardai investigating the attack arrested a man in his 20s in connection with the incident.

He is currently detained at Finglas Garda station.

The man’s body remained at the scene on Saturday night and the Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.

Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact Blanchardstown Garda station or the Garda confidential line.- Press Association
