Man arrested after ecstasy seizure

Gardai in Donnybrook have seized 25,000 ecstasy tablets with an estimated street value of €250,000.

Gardai in Donnybrook have seized 25,000 ecstasy tablets with an estimated street value of €250,000.

The discovery was made during a search of a vehicle stopped in Herbert Place shortly before 6am this morning.

One man in his 20's has been arrested and is being detained at Donnybrook garda station under Section 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
