Man (60s) in critical condition after hit-and-run in Co Donegal

A man in his 60s is in a critical condition following a hit-and-run in Co Donegal.

The pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Main Street in Clonmany shortly after midnight on Saturday.

The injured man was rushed to Letterkenny University Hospital, but has since been transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.

The driver, a man in his 30s, left the scene, but has since been identified and arrested.
