Gardaí are investigating after a man was assaulted in Dublin on Thursday.
The incident, which occurred near Wellington Quay in the city centre, happened in the early hours of Thursday morning.
A man, aged in his 40s, received treatment at the scene from emergency services.
Gardaí have said enquiries are ongoing.
