Aoife Quinn: I've disclosed all that I have
Aoife Quinn has spent a second day giving evidence to the High Court that she has disclosed all documentation in her possession to IBRC.
Lawyers have finished cross-examining Aoife Quinn over their concerns the Quinns have not handed over full details of their valuable international property assets.
At the root of this exercise is a claim by IBRC that the Quinns have not been fully open with the bank.
In her evidence Aoife Quinn repeatedly insisted that she had disclosed all documents in her possession relating to bank accounts and the family's International Property Group.
She said some details were provided last year during contempt proceedings against her brother Sean Quinn Jnr, who was sent to jail for moving IPG assets beyond IBRC's reach.
But this afternoon when Mr Justice Peter Kelly asked if it was credible that there was no paper trail arising from a series of resolutions to sell shares in Quinn Cypriot companies, she replied: " Absolutely."
She said the decisions were made in a 10-minute meeting two weeks after Anglo had appointed receivers to Quinn companies - in her view illegally.
