Full-time: England makes the Euro 2020 final, defeating Denmark thanks to a controversial penalty in extra-time. Next up is Italy in the final at Wembley on Sunday.

2nd half of extra time: Denmark look tired but are pushing forward as England defends its half. Sterling and Kane lead the counter-attacks for England as they seek to seal the win.

8 mins in extra time: Schmeichel continues to deny England producing several fine saves, including a one-handed parry to turn away Kane’s low angled effort.

94 mins: Another Maguire attempt seen off by Schmeichel. England still pushing for a goal while the Danes look to be playing for extra-time.

25 mins: Denmark have settled into the game after England’s fast start. Mikkel Damsgaard curled wide as the visitors begin to threaten.

15 mins: Sterling continues his lively start but a weak shot rolled straight to Kasper Schmeichel.

Kane then collected Kyle Walker’s pass and his snapshot from 20 yards sailed over.

5 mins: England have started with intent, forcing Denmark to defend from the word go.

England v Denmark is underway in Wembley!

England are preparing to face Denmark in front of a home crowd at Wembley Stadium in the second Euro 2020 semi-final.

The winner will take on Italy on Sunday after they defeated Spain on penalties in Tuesday evening's semi-final.

Denmark have named an unchanged side, while England manager Gareth Southgate has opted for Arsenal's Bukayo Saka ahead of Jadon Sancho.
