Watch this tiny kitten being rescued from the ledge of a 12th storey building

This little kitten nearly lost one of its nine lives yesterday when it found by the Society for Protection of Cruelty to Animals, Singapore on a ledge of a 12th floor apartment building.

The poor tyke had gotten trapped on a ledge and was unable to get back inside due to the high window.

Thankfully, the rescue officers were able to lift the tiny kitten back inside using a long pole with a draw wire on the end.

It was a touch and go operation as the crew needed a number of takes before finally getting a firm grip on the petrified animal.

After rescueing the kitten the officers returned the pet to his grateful owner and advised him to apply mesh wire to the window to prevent the little critter from falling out again.
