Flooding affects areas of UK
In the UK, emergency services are dealing with a large number of incidents after heavy rain caused flooding in the north east of England and the North.
Durham and parts of Northumberland are the worst hit areas.
Police there have set up an incident room to deal with calls from the public and urged people not to travel unless absolutely necessary.
Meanwhile, Scotland has also been placed on flood alert.
