PICS: Lions squad feel the chill as they use cryotherapy chambers in Wales

The Lions have already begun to prepare for their summer tour to New Zealand and training has already begun.

Today the squad members who have no more club commitments were at the Vale Of Glamorgan - Welsh Rugby's National Centre of Excellence - and they took full advantage of the cryotherapy chambers on offer.

Cryotherapy uses extremely cold temperatures (up to -250 degrees Fahrenheit) to help players with their recovery and decrease inflammation.

It meant some interesting photos emerged from the training session.

All part of Warren Gatland's master plan.
