Healy is currently considering the offer, according to the Irish Times, with contract negotiations between him and the IRFU not at an advanced stage.

The 28-year-old has 56 international cap and 141 caps for Leinster. His loss would be another blow to the province after already losing the services of Ian Madigan and Marty Moore abroad.
