Punchestown punter wins €15.8k from €60 bet

One lucky punter had an afternoon to remember at Punchestown yesterday, when a four race bet won him €15,894.50.

The Dublin-based racing fan, who does not want to be named, placed €10 single bets on each of four horses and a €10 each-way accumulator on the same selections with Boylesports.

Jezki was the final horse in the winning bet.

Bog War, Jacksonslady and Uncle Junior all won their races, leaving the nervous punter to cheer on his final selection, Jezki.

The JP McManus owned horse didn’t let him down, beating the well-fancied Hurricane Fly in the big race of the day - the World Series Hurdle.

The winning betslip.

“The lucky punter netted a nice pot from his each way accumulator at Punchestown,” said Liam Glynn, PR Executive at BoyleSports.

“We would like to congratulate the lucky customer and wish him happy spending with his winnings.”
