Transplant Team Ireland have secured two gold, two silver and two bronze medals at the Transplant and Dialysis Games in Croatia today.
A gold medal went to 38-year-old Niall McAuliffe from Co Laois in darts, who came first in the 30-39 year old dialysis category.
Charlie Ryan, from Cobh took gold and his teammate John Loftus from Limerick won silver in the 60-69 year old transplant category.
Also in darts, Mike Keohane from Cork won a bronze medal in the 30-39 year transplant category and Letterkenny man, Noel McGeever, secured a bronze in the 40-49 age category.
In the cycling trials, Roscommon woman Monica Finn secured silver in the ladies 50-59 year old category.
The Irish Team is the largest at the Games, with over 300 athletes from 28 countries throughout Europe are competing.
