The Nicolas Roche Performance team are headed to France this weekend, to represent Ireland in the UCI Juniors Nations’ Cup.
The team, which includes some of the best 16-18 year old cyclists in Ireland at the moment, have over 70 wins between them in the last 18 months alone.
The team are participating in the Trophée Centre Morbihan-(TCM), one of the junior cycling races in the Nations Cup of the International Cycling Union.
The event will take place in three stages over two days on May 23 and 24, with Ireland one of 16 national teams involved.
Mentor Roche’s thoughts seem to be with his team for the weekend - he posted this picture on Twitter today of his own time as a junior cyclist.
