Team news for Arsenal v Chelsea

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has not named a recognised striker in his starting XI at Arsenal, where Didier Drogba is on the bench as Diego Costa misses out through injury.

The Barclays Premier League leaders look to Eden Hazard and former Gunners captain Cesc Fabregas, back to face his old team for the first time since a summer move from Barcelona, to provide the attacking options.

Arsenal, who start the match some 10 points behind Chelsea, have centre-back Per Mertesacker fit following an ankle injury, while Theo Walcott, Danny Welbeck and Jack Wilshere are all on the bench as manager Arsene Wenger look to get the better of Mourinho for the first time in 13 attempts.

Arsenal: Ospina, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Ramsey, Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud. Subs: Szczesny, Debuchy, Gibbs, Wilshere, Walcott, Flamini, Welbeck.

Chelsea: Courtois, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Ramires, Matic, Willian, Oscar, Hazard, Fabregas. Subs: Cech, Luis, Zouma, Drogba, Mikel, Cuadrado, Loftus-Cheek.

Referee: Michael Oliver (Northumberland)
