Five-time world champion Katie Taylor has said she is proud to be a role model for Irish girls getting into boxing.
The 28-year-old from Bray arrived back in Ireland this week, after winning the world championships in South Korea.
She is now setting her sights on qualifying for the Olympics in Rio in 2016.
Katie said she was happy to have inspired other girls to get into boxing.
"It's amazing," she said. "When I started, there were no girls at all boxing...It's so satisfying to see those young girls coming up.
"I'd love to be a good role model for them and to have some sort of influence on them growing up."
