Roger Federer made smooth progress through to a 13th Wimbledon quarter-final as he brushed aside the challenge of Roberto Bautista Agut.

Spaniard Bautista Agut was playing in the fourth round at the All England Club for the first time and was overwhelmed on Centre Court by the seven-time champion.

Swiss second seed Federer eased through 6-2 6-2 6-3 and will tackle Gilles Simon in the last eight on Wednesday.
