Dublin-Mayo clash is Europe's biggest event today

People heading to the All Ireland semi-final are being asked to follow the instructions of the Gardaí when leaving the stadium this afternoon.

Dublin will take on Mayo for the encounter at GAA headquarters and up to 80,000 are expected to attend the game.

It is the largest event taking place in Europe today. More than 100 gardaí and their horses will be on duty.

Cillian O'Connor and Philly McMahon talk to the press.

Inspector Tony Gallagher of Mountjoy garda station advised anyone planning to meet family or friends after the match not to pick Jones Road as a meeting point.

"(If you have a plan to meet anyone), stay in the stadium for a half an hour or 40 minutes first," he said, as the crowds will have thinned out by then.
