Irish sailor Annalise Murphy has qualified for the 2016 Olympics after competing in Santander in the 2014 ISAF Sailing World Championships.
She endured a difficult start to the competition, with disappointing times in her first two races leaving her placed 86th out of 126.
However stronger performances this week saw her finish 13th today.
There was some initial confusion over whether or not the result was enough to guarantee her a place in Rio.
