Dublin's Alan Brogan has denied reports that has retired from inter-county football in the aftermath of yesterday's defeat to Donegal in the All-Ireland semi-final.

Dublin's Alan Brogan has denied reports that has retired from inter-county football in the aftermath of yesterday's defeat to Donegal in the All-Ireland semi-final.

The 32-year-old, who won All Irelands in 2011 and 2013, has taken to twitter to say he doesn't know where the story came from but if he does retire his family and friends will be the first to know.

He went on to congratulate Donegal on their win yesterday.
