Lohan blames Oprah show for US exit

Lindsay Lohan blames her Oprah show for forcing her out of the United States.

The 28-year-old actress made a 'docu-series' last year, showing her battle to get things back on track, which was aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

She explained to the Telegraph: "After the Oprah show it was kind of hard for me to be in New York.

"There started to be paparazzi, and I didn’t have that in New York in the beginning…Every time I left my house, they were at the corner."

The 'Mean Girls' star also complained about the judge's decision to sentence her to community service at a morgue after she disobeyed her probation in 2011.

Lindsay said: "It was “f***ed up and inappropriate. Because a lot of other people were meant to do it, and they were like: 'No, they can’t handle it. Lohan can.'"

However, Lindsay's move to the UK - where she is starring in 'Speed-the-Plow' in London's West End - isn't all bad for the actress as she recently revealed she thinks English guys are cute.

She said: "Being here in London is all about me this time. Yeah English guys are cute, but it's not about the boys.

"It's about getting away from New York and Los Angeles and starting afresh, which is all very exciting for me.

"I love London and lived here for eight months once before, so it feels like home."
