Gary Barlow has responded to rumours that he is leaving 'The X Factor' after the current series by saying: "I'm not thinking about next year".
He was speaking at the first public audition phase of the show at London's Wembley Arena.
The judge, who will be joined by Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh, also confirmed that Take That will release a new album next year.
He said he takes no notice when he sees 'X Factor Exclusive' on the front page of a newspaper.
"When it says 'X', I see so much stuff that, you know, someone's just made it up," he said.
"So it's just far too early, it really is. I mean, I'm not thinking about next year, the show's not thinking about [next] year, we're thinking about this year right now."
