Nicole Richie and Joel Madden further fuelled reports they're dating by ringing in 2007 together at nightclub Ghostbar at The Palms in Las Vegas on Sunday night.
The Good Charlotte rocker has reportedly been dating Richie since his split from pop star/actress Hilary Duff.
The new couple watched Las Vegas' annual fireworks display from the club's balcony, while holding hands.
Madden's brother Benji also enjoyed a romantic start to the New Year - he proposed to actress Sophie Monk on Christmas Eve.
