Fulham have completed the loan signing of Celtic midfielder Bobby Petta until the end of the current season.

The Dutch-born left-sided player joined the Scottish side three-and-a-half years ago and helped steer Martin O’Neill’s men to a domestic treble in 2001.

Cottagers boss Chris Coleman told his club’s official website, www.fulhamfc.com: “I am happy that we have secured Bobby until the end of the season.

“He has proven ability which will help give us some important strength and depth in the squad, so I have no doubt he will be an asset to us in the coming months.”
