Muggers steal Jarvis's glasses
Pulp singer Jarvis Cocker has been attacked by muggers who stole his spectacles.
Three thugs broke his finger in the assault and rummaged through his pockets hoping for cash or a phone.
But Jarvis, 39, does not own a mobile and had little money in his wallet, reports The Sun.
So the thieves snatched the glasses, leaving him barely able to see, in the attack near his East London home.
Jarvis's spokesman said: "It was a horrible ordeal and he was left shaken by it."
