A British woman's needle phobia has been cured by love.

Emma Brennan, 43, had a fear of jabs until she met her tattooist husband Mark Poole, 40, and she has since had plenty of artwork decorated on her skin.

She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Mark gave me my first one when I was 32. I hated it and was counting down the seconds but I have had a lot more since then."

Emma previously broke out in a cold sweat when she had to go to the dentist but has now overcome her needle fear thanks to her 11-year relationship.
