Tipperary defender Paul Kelly is still undergoing intensive physiotherapy treatment in advance o f the All Ireland Senior Hurling Final against Galway.

Kelly's damaged hamstring was a major source of concern in advance of the drawn and replayed Semi-Final against Wexford but he came through those games with flying colours.

However his right hamstring has been traumatised with the pressure put on it and he is still having intensive treatment in a bid to be the right for the decider.

Tipp boss Nicky English is playing down the injury and said that he is not unduly worried about his star wing-back.

"He has had a traumatic few weeks and we are just taking it easy on him in training at the moment," he said.
