Nebula acquired by eXante

Irish e-business solutions company, Nebula Technologies has been acquired by eXante, a subsidiary of the European investment group, Unicorn Worldwide Holding Ltd.

Irish e-business solutions company, Nebula Technologies has been acquired by eXante, a subsidiary of the European investment group, Unicorn Worldwide Holding Ltd.

Nebula was founded in 1997 and since then, has won numerous awards, including a 12th position ranking in the Deloitte and Touche Fast 50.

The new company is expected to continue to be based in Dublin and will be part of Unicorn's new European media and e-business development division.

As part of the deal, Nebula will continue to develop projects with its existing blue chip customer base.

Nebula offers applications and services for the launch and maintenance of e-businesses, from e-business strategies, front-end design and information architecture through to the integration with back-end systems.
