Brogan and Ryan to miss O'Byrne Cup final
Alan Brogan and Shane Ryan will be missing from the Dublin team for Sunday's O'Byrne Cup final against Laois in Tullamore (throw-in 2pm).
Both will only return at noon that morning from the All-Star trip to Dubai.
Brogan was selected at centre-forward on the 2006 All-Star team while Ryan received a late call-up over the weekend.
On the injury front, Dublin manager Paul Caffrey is hopeful that Kevin Bonner and Darren Magee, both of whom were replaced during last Saturday's semi-final victory over Wicklow, can prove their fitness in time for selection.
David 'Dotsy' O'Callaghan, who was selected for the trip to Aughrim but was withdrawn owing to a groin concern, is also expected to play some part in the final.
