Barlow the 'healthiest of all the judges'

Gary Barlow has pre-prepared meals sent to him.

The Take That singer – who has battled with his fluctuating weight for years but shed the pounds before the band's 'Progress Live' tour - makes sure he eats a healthy and balanced diet every day by having his food sent to him by a chef.

Tulisa Contostavlos – who works with Barlow on the UK 'X Factor' on which they are both judges – said: "He's very in shape and really takes care of himself at the moment. His diet is immaculate, I've never seen anything like it. He just nibbles carrots all day and has these smoothies with every vegetable and fruit under the sun in it. And he has prepared healthy meals, that this chef sends him.

He gets these set healthy meals and he just has the best diet ever. He is constantly eating, but just really healthy stuff."

Tulisa insists that Barlow is the healthiest of all the judges and has revealed Kelly Rowland can't resist sweets, while she and Louis Walsh are constantly guzzling on energy drinks.

The N-Dubz singer told UK station Radio 1: "Gary just has his water and then he eats his set meals. Kelly is a sweet nibbler so she gets little sweets and picks at food throughout the day. And then me and Louis live off energy drinks. All day long. We just sit there with our energy drinks. We've got a few 'X Factor' jokes about it."
