Portumna's Jimmy Heverin has been named Philips Sports Manager of the Month for March.

Portumna's Jimmy Heverin has been named Philips Sports Manager of the Month for March.

Heverin has been rewarded for guiding the Galway side to their second All-Ireland Club Hurling Championship in three years.

Portumna beat Birr in the final on St Patrick's Day.
