South Africa midfielder Elrio van Heerden has left Blackburn for Turkish club Sivasspor on a free transfer after just six months at Ewood Park.
The 26-year-old was signed by manager Sam Allardyce from Club Brugge in the summer as he was a free agent.
However, Van Heerden struggled to make an impact at Rovers and made just two substitute appearances in the Carling Cup.
