Nicky Mackay has been referred to the British Horseracing Authority after being found guilty of careless riding on fourth-placed Confidentiality in the Hotel & Conferencing At Wolverhampton Handicap at the Dunstall Park track.

Mackay had already been suspended for 26 days for similar offences in the last 12 months.
