Detectives hunting the bin bag killer arrested a man today.

He was held in Greenwich, London, and detectives are heading there to interview him.

Yesterday, they publicly named Anthony John Hardy, who is in his 50s, as the owner of the flat in Camden, north London, where part of a human torso had been found.

The discovery in the flat came after a tramp found body parts belonging to a woman and teenage girl dumped in a nearby bin.
