Chinese police have arrested a man accused of supplying the explosives used in bombings in north China that killed 108 people.

Wang Yushun allegedly made the explosives to order for Jin Ruchao, the prime suspect in the bombings earlier this month.

He was arrested last Friday after a nationwide manhunt.

Jin is accused of blowing up four dormitories and a two-story building in the industrial city of Shijiazhuang.

State media say he has confessed to the bombings and that he was motivated by revenge.

Buildings damaged or destroyed were allegedly home to Jin's stepmother, ex-wife, her parents and neighbours against whom he nursed a grudge.
