Jordan has spoken of her delight that Dwight Yorke was at the birth of their baby son.
She has been allowed home by doctors at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. She also said she is happy she can "see my toes again".
Baby Harvey was healthy enough to leave the maternity unit less than 24 hours after being born.
Jordan said she received several bouquets of flowers from fans and thanked staff at the hospital.
She also said she was thrilled that father Dwight Yorke had been involved with the birth. He left her today when she went back to her parents house in Patcham, Brighton.
Jordan said: "I would really like to thank all the staff at the hospital, they treated me like a princess. It was so nice to receive flowers and well wishes from members of the public. And it's nice to be able to see my toes again.
"I was very pleased Dwight was there. I have always encouraged him to be involved and will continue to do so throughout Harvey's life."
