Caitlyn Jenner is being sued for $25,000 over a fatal car crash in February.

The former Olympian has been asked for over $25,000 in compensatory and punitive damages by Jessica Steindorff, whose Prius was involved in the pile-up on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

According to documents filed in Los Angeles on Monday - in which the defendant is named as Bruce Jenner - Jessica claims she suffered loss of wages and earning capacity, as well as hospital and medical expenses, and is demanding over $25,000 in compensation.

Although the court papers don't state the nature or extent of her injuries, TMZ reports.

The lawsuit comes after two adult stepchildren of Kim Howe, who died in the crash when her car was shunted into oncoming traffic, filed a wrongful death suit against the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star.

However, Caitlyn filed documents insisting William, 57, and 60-year-old Dana do not don't deserve compensation because they didn't lose anything when she died as they never depended on their stepmother to pay for essentials such as food, shelter, medical treatment or clothing.

The duo, who allegedly "had virtually no relationship" with their stepmother, accused Caitlyn of being "careless and negligent" and of speeding when the accident happened.

They are now seeking damages for loss of affection.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the crash, but law enforcement sources previously claimed Caitlyn was driving below the speed limit.

Police officers, who obtained video footage of the collision, believe the star simply wasn't looking when she hit Kim's Lexus - which also collided with Jessica's car - and it is unlikely she will be prosecuted.
