Destiny's Child's Kelly to make film debut
Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland is to make a horrifying big screen debut.
The singer has joined the cast of New Line Cinema’s Freddy verses Jason movie which starts shooting next month.
She plays one of a group of friends who team up to spark a battle between the legendary evildoers Freddy Krueger, of A Nightmare on Elm Street fame, and Jason Vorhees, from Friday the 13th.
Rowland will appear alongside Brad Renfro and Robert Englund in the film, which is being directed by Ronny Yu.
