Luton Airport have announced that all flights had been suspended until at least 2pm when a further decision would be made.

Luton Airport have announced that all flights had been suspended until at least 2pm when a further decision would be made.

Flights affected this morning included European trips from budget airlines easyJet and Ryanair, as well as long-haul services to Dubai, New York and Egypt.

Passengers were advised to check with their airlines for advice on what to do.
