Manchester United are set to offer Paolo Di Canio an £80,000 (€120,000)-a-week two-year contract, according to The Daily Express.

West Ham are currently stalling on offering the Italian an extension to his current deal, which runs out next June, and United are once again trying to lure him to Old Trafford.

Di Canio has already stated he will look for a new club if West Ham don't indicate by the end of the month that they want to keep him.
