Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan is due to make a decision today on who will line out at full-back for the Six Nations clash with Wales at Croke Park on Saturday.

Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan is due to make a decision today on who will line out at full-back for the Six Nations clash with Wales at Croke Park on Saturday.

Girvan Dempsey and Geordan Murphy are both in contention for the position if they can prove their fitness during training this morning.

Dempsey has been nursing a hip injury, while Murphy recently picked up an Achilles strain.

If both players are unavailable, O'Sullivan plans to move Rob Kearney to full-back and introduce Shane Horgan on the wing, with Luke Fitzgerald moving up the bench.
