Man kills toddler for eating his breakfast
A Florida man has been jailed for life after he beat his girlfriend’s two-year-old daughter to death for eating his breakfast.
Ashley Smithson was taken off life support a month after the assault by 22-year-old Juvon Pickett.
He attacked the girl after she ate some sausages meant for him.
Pecynthia Bradley, 27, the girl’s mother, was jailed for 11 years after prosecutors said she stood by and watched the beating.
