Tainio out of the race for Spurs
Tottenham midfielder Teemu Tainio has a calf problem and is expected to miss the Barclays Premiership clash against Reading on Sunday.
Striker Mido is also struggling with a calf complaint but could be fit for the match at White Hart Lane.
Ledley King (feet), Benoit Assou-Ekotto (knee), Danny Murphy (Achilles) and Anthony Gardner (fractured leg) are sidelined, and Hossam Ghaly is struggling with flu.
