‘Tis silage season and with the hard work of cutting and baling grass for winter feed comes a great deal of craic.
Anyone who has worked a silage season will tell you some of the most random things can happen when a bunch of young ‘uns are left alone in a large field with very expensive equipment, but that is a story for another time.
This is simply an example of classic country humour; a holy pun.
If only this type of genius could get them through the leaving cert, they would all come out of it with 600 points.
Fair play to this excellent example of country craic, found in the fields of Cavan by Melissa Brady.
We take our hats off to you!
