Irish soccer international Mark Kennedy has been banned from driving in the UK for three years after being convicted of failing to supply a breath specimen.

Irish soccer international Mark Kennedy has been banned from driving in the UK for three years after being convicted of failing to supply a breath specimen.

The Wolves winger was also fined £1,500 and ordered to pay £1,000 costs by the court in Cheshire.

The 25-year-old had pleaded guilty at a previous hearing to driving a friend's Jaguar without due care and attention.

Kennedy also has a drink-driving conviction dating from 1996.
