Killian Brennan snatched a dramatic late winner for Derry for whom Peter Hutton missed two penalties while Barry Molloy was sent off.

Barry Cullen saved Hutton’s first spot kick on 17 minutes.

Molloy was then sent off for a second yellow card offence on 35 minutes before Hutton shot his second penalty wide a minute later after Mark Farren had been taken down by Declan Boyle.

Brennan then struck with two minutes to go to win it for Derry to stretch their unbeaten run to 25 games and put them three points clear at the top of the table.

Stephen O’Flynn crossed and Brennan applied the finish.
