British rocker Pete Doherty had to be rescued by security at his recent solo gig in London - after the crowd invaded the stage.
The Babyshambles frontman was wrapping up his show at the city's Royal Albert Hall on Saturday when hundreds of fans rushed forward and climbed onto the platform.
Doherty's security team was forced to step in to pull the singer out of the crowd and usher him to the safety of the backstage area.
The gig was originally supposed to have taken place on April 26 but had to be rescheduled after Doherty was jailed earlier that month over a string of probation violations. He was released on May 6.
