All eyes will be on Ireland's golden girl Katie Taylor when she makes her Olympic debut this afternoon.
The four-time World Champion from Bray, Co. Wicklow will join British hopeful Natasha Jonas in the ring at 2.30pm.
A win would guarantee Katie a bronze medal at the very least.
Michael Carruth, who won gold for Ireland at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992, doesn't think the occasion will get to her.
Carruth said: "There is nothing this girl has not done to get ready for this Olympic games, so she is well prepared.
"The only thing is she hasn't boxed in a while. She will be testing her own skills, fitness and sharpness, but I think once the bell goes we are going to see a great result for her there."
