Seven men have been jailed for their part in the Wonderland internet paedophile ring.

Seven men have been jailed for their part in the Wonderland internet paedophile ring.

They admitted distributing pornographic material and their sentences ranged from 12 to 30 months.

None received the maximum sentence of three years at Kingston Crown Court.

A Bill now going through Parliament would increase the maximum sentence to 10 years.

John Carr of the National Children's Homes said he was disappointed with the sentences.

He said: "It makes you wonder quite what the attitude of some members of the judiciary is. Some of these guys will be out within six months."
